Trade Union of Administration

of Republika Srpska

Administration employees in Republika Srpska constituted Trade Union of Administration on March 12. 1997. In Banja Luka.
Since the beginning, Trade Union of Administration was actively involved in all legislative developments considering administrative employees, their rights, safety and status.
We have formed separate female and youth actives as a sign of recognizing their special requiroments and needs, and as a mean to articulate them properly so they can be included in all future legislation.
First separate collective contract for the administration employees was signed in the 1st quarter of 1998 and the current one in 2016.
Trade Union of Administration is actively seeking their goal of strengthening the Union as a whole and is a member of European PSI and IPSU associations.
